and high-heels. They are "Pleaser",right? Btw, I dont know if that's the case, but it looks like the bed(with woman on it) is cutted out of the original photo and pasted over a white background. The black shadow where it touches the "wall" looks kind of unnatural to me,like it's added to the layer in photoshop. Other than that, great photo & sexy model! 
The bed was actually a makeshift matress, against the wall... I didn't edit the bed at all
